We know you need your equipment back quickly to keep the cases on schedule, so we work on your repairs with a sense of urgency. Turnaround times vary based on the extent of the repair needed and type of equipment:
- 24-48 hours for minor repairs
- 3-4 days for more severe damage or complete rebuilds on most equipment
- 5-10 days for extensive rebuilds on flexible scopes and power tools
We warranty all workmanship and parts for a minimum of 3 months. We are extremely proud of achieving less than 0.5% (half of one percent) warranty repair rate. We continue to strive for zero warranty repairs.
O.R. Solutions has loaner power tools, flexible scopes, cameras, and rigid scopes at no charge while we’re working on your repairs. Customers are responsible for the loaner freight from O.R. Solutions to your facility and back. Our loaners are provided on a first request basis. All loaners are to be returned within 2 days of the receipt of your repaired equipment.
It’s customary for O.R. Solutions representatives to pick up your equipment in person. This allows us to discuss specific details or receive advice from your team. If we’re not able to pick up on the same, or next day, our customer service department will collect all necessary information to understand the service needs, and expedite the repair of your equipment.
