Surgical Equipment Repair Warranty

O.R. Solutions endoscopic instrument repairs are conditionally warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of shipment.

Upon receipt of return, any O.R. Solutions repair with such defect will be promptly rectified.

Not covered by this warranty is abnormal wear and tear or damage caused by:

  • Misuse, disassembly, mishandling and/or improper operation.
  • Repairs or modifications not performed by O.R. Solutions.
  • Use in any manner or medical procedure other than that for which it is designed.
  • Failure to perform normal and routine maintenance as set out in the maintenance manual or operating instructions.
